2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Consumer Questionnaire — a questionnaire filled out by the Consumer personally or, on their behalf, by a representative of the Organization during a promotion, which contains the Consumer's personal data. The provision by the Consumer of their personal data specified in the Questionnaire constitutes acceptance of the Offer, which the Consumer reviewed before filling out the Questionnaire (verbally, in the form of a document, or on the Organization's web portal).
Web portal — a website on the Internet that provides the user with various interactive services (Internet services) operating within this site; a web portal may consist of several sites united under one domain name. In the Offer, the web portal refers to the web portal
www.bergauf-lkm.ru.
Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
Information services — the conduct of marketing research and promotions by the Organization and/or its partners, the publication of their results on the web portal www. bergauf-lkm.ru, informing Consumers by the Organization and/or its partners about events held by the Organization and its partners by sending SMS messages and/or e-mail messages, push notifications, in accordance with the contact details provided by the Consumers.
Personal profile — the Consumer's personal data posted on the web portal and available in full for viewing only to this Consumer and the site administrator.
Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific subject of personal data.
Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Publicly available sources of personal data — resources created for the purpose of providing information to an indefinite circle of persons, access to information on which is not restricted by the person who created them or their owner. In the Offer, publicly available sources of personal data mean the Organization's web portal www. bergauf-lkm.ru.
Publicly available personal data — personal data to which access to an unlimited circle of persons is provided on the basis of federal law, by the subject of personal data or at their request, including data that, in accordance with the law, are subject to mandatory disclosure or publication. In the Offer, publicly available personal data of Consumers means the data provided by them, in respect of which the Consumers have given consent to their publication when filling out the registration form or the Consumer Questionnaire.
Organization — Limited Liability Company "Bergauf Construction Technologies" (location address — 620014, Russian Federation, Sverdlovsk Region, Yekaterinburg, Sheinkman St., 75).
Organization Partner — a legal entity or individual that organizes and/or conducts, based on a contract with the Organization, promotions and marketing research in the interests of the Organization and performs other actions on behalf of the Organization.
Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
Consumer Representative — a person authorized by the Consumer to provide the Organization with their personal data for the provision of information services by the Organization under the terms of the Offer.
Simple electronic signature — an electronic signature that, through the use of codes, passwords, or other means, confirms the fact of the formation of an electronic signature by a specific person. In the Offer, a simple electronic signature refers to the login and password (collectively) specified by the Consumer during registration and/or used by the Consumer to access the Personal Profile.
Dissemination of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons.
Registration Form — a web form on the Organization's web portal, using which Consumers, as well as their representatives, provide personal data to the Organization and accept the Offer.
Special categories of personal data — personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life.
Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
Consumer — a natural person distributing and/or purchasing the Organization's products, who has accepted the Offer proposed by the Organization by providing the Organization with their personal data in the composition and volume requested by the Organization independently, or who has granted the right to accept the Offer to their Representative.
