Purpose:
Designed for priming and antiseptic treatment of wood. Odorless, water-based.
Contains an enhanced complex of biocides that suppress the growth and development of mold, fungus, blue stain, and rot on the painted surface. Improves adhesion and reduces the consumption of finishing materials.
The primer is not a standalone coating; it is used as the first layer in a wood protection system in combination with finishing materials such as Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatint glaze or Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatop opaque antiseptic.
Suitable for temporary (up to 6 months) protection of lumber during storage in warehouses and transportation, provided there is no contact between the wood and atmospheric precipitation or soil.

*Material consumption depends on the quality of substrate preparation, application method, tools used, and the skill of the workers, and may differ from the specified values.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The surface to be treated must be dry, thoroughly cleaned of dirt, wax, grease, resin, and old paint coatings. Surfaces previously coated with other compositions must be cleared of old peeling material, sanded, and dusted. Areas affected by blue stain and mold should be pre-cleaned mechanically and treated with a wood antiseptic agent.

WORK PROCEDURE
Before use the primer must be thoroughly mixed. Do not dilute! Wood moisture content should not exceed 20%.
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, the air and substrate temperature for performing work from +5°C, relative air humidity below 80%.
The composition is applied liberally with a brush, roller, or sprayer along the wood grain, over the entire length of the material being treated. It is necessary to treat the ends of the painted surface very carefully, soaking them to saturation. Wood treatment by dipping is permitted. Apply in 1 layer as a primer on planed and low-absorbent surfaces, in 2 layers on sawn and highly absorbent surfaces, as well as for temporary wood preservation.
As a topcoat, use Bergauf Wood Techno Aquat glazeint glaze or Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatop covering antiseptic.
It is forbidden to carry out painting work during rain, fog, or drizzle.
After finishing work, clean the tools with water.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Work should be carried out using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes, and respiratory tract. Use in well-ventilated areas. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If necessary, seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children!

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Store and transport in tightly closed containers at a temperature of at least +5°C and no more than +35°C. Five-fold freezing is allowed for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at a temperature not lower than -40°C. Protect the product container from excessive heating and avoid storage under direct sunlight. Subject to these conditions, the guaranteed shelf life in closed original packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
The product is fire and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.

DISPOSAL
Do not pour the antiseptic into sewers, water bodies, or onto the soil. Dispose of the container and liquid residues in accordance with local legislation.
