Surface preparationSurface preparation should be carried out in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017. The surface must be solid, clean and dry. Before priming, it is necessary to remove peeling elements, chalk and lime whitewash, dust and other contaminants from the surface.
If necessary, level surface irregularities with Bergauf putty, then sand the dried surface.
Work procedureThe surface to be treated must be dry and clean; the air and base temperature during application should be between +5°C and +35°C, with a relative air humidity below 80%.
Stir until homogeneous before use; do not dilute.
Apply to a prepared, dry, and clean surface using a roller, brush, or spray gun (
nozzle 0,011−0.015″, pressure no more than 150−170 bar).
It is recommended to prime highly absorbent surfaces twice.
Painting of the primed surface is recommended no earlier than 2−3 hours later,
provided the temperature is from +5°C and relative air humidity is no more than 80%.
Safety precautionsWork should be carried out using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes, and respiratory tract. Use in well-ventilated areas. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water.
