The paint is produced as base A and can be tinted using a computer (machine) method. Base A is intended for tinting into light and pastel shades, and can also be used as white paint.
The paint can be tinted in accordance with NCS, RAL, and other tinting systems; it is permissible to add up to 5% of tinting pastes by the weight of the paint.
Manual tinting is possible using water-based tinting pastes. To avoid differences in shade on a single surface, use a product with the same batch number (see on the packaging) or pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio. The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the result.
Depending on the application conditions and the texture of the surface being painted, actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog. Before use, perform a test application and check the dried coating for color matching.
After adding tinting pastes, the product should be used as soon as possible to avoid changes in the properties of the tinted material during storage.
Surface preparation
Prepare the surface in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017. Clean the surface of dust and dirt. Remove loose layers of old paint and whitewash from previously painted surfaces. Sand hard and firmly adhering glossy surfaces to a matte finish, and remove sanding dust.
Level out irregularities, depressions, cracks, and chips with Bergauf UNI PASTA water-dispersion putty and sand them down. Surfaces previously covered with chalk or lime paints must be thoroughly cleaned until completely removed.
Prime highly absorbent surfaces beforehand to increase the reliability of the coating and reduce paint consumption. It is recommended to use primers from the Praktik line (depending on the type of surface).
Storage and transportation conditions
Store and transport in a tightly closed container at a temperature of at least +5°C and no more than +35°C. Freezing up to five times for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at temperatures not lower than -40°C is permitted.
The bucket with the product should be protected from excessive heat and stored away from direct sunlight. If conditions are met, the warranty storage period in the original sealed packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
During storage, product separation may occur, which is easily eliminated by stirring. Keep partially used product in a tightly closed container and use as soon as possible.
Safety
The product is fire and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.
