The paint is produced in two bases, A (white) and C (transparent). It can be tinted manually or by computer (machine) to colors from RAL, NCS, and other color catalogs.

*Consumption is affected by the roughness and porosity of the surface being painted, as well as the method and conditions of application.

The paint can be applied to previously unpainted or water-dispersion paint-painted surfaces, gypsum, cement, lime, cement-lime plasters; gypsum, polymer and cement putties; mineral and acrylic decorative plasters; sheet gypsum, cement, and wood-based materials; concrete, reinforced concrete, brickwork, as well as wallpaper for painting and glass fiber wallpaper.

Permitted for use in buildings and structures:

• type A — residential buildings and dormitories; buildings and premises of organizations for education and training, recreation and health improvement of children and youth; healthcare organizations; homes for the disabled and elderly; sanatoriums; holiday homes; indoor sports facilities; office premises with permanent human presence in administrative buildings at industrial enterprises and other facilities of types B and C;
• type B — food industry, trade, and catering enterprises; hotels; industrial goods stores; communication enterprises; consumer service enterprises; cultural and entertainment facilities and other objects; administrative buildings;
• type C — industrial enterprises, auxiliary and utility rooms and structures; warehouses; garages.

The paint is ready for use. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, and has no harsh odor. Once dry, it forms a smooth matte surface. It possesses good decorative properties, hiding power, and strong adhesion to the painted surface. It withstands wet cleaning.

The paint is produced in two bases, A and C, and can be tinted using a computer (machine) system into colors from RAL, NCS, and other color catalogs.

Base A is intended for tinting into light and pastel shades; it can also be used as a white paint, and it is permissible to add up to 5% tinting paste by weight of the paint.

Base C is used only in a tinted state and is intended for tinting into saturated shades; it is permissible to add up to 10% tinting paste by weight of the paint. When painting in bright colors using Base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of Base A paint tinted to a similar shade. Manual tinting using water-based tinting pastes is possible.

The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the result.
Depending on the application conditions, as well as the texture of the surface being painted, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog.

Before application, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color matching.

To avoid shade differences, it is recommended to use products from the same production batch on a single visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or to pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.

Surface preparation:

Prepare the substrate in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017.

1. Clean the substrate of dust and dirt. Remove loose layers of old paint and whitewash from previously painted surfaces.
2. Sand hard and firmly adhering glossy surfaces to a matte finish, and remove sanding dust.
3. Level out irregularities, depressions, cracks, and chips with Bergauf UNI PASTA water-dispersion putty, then sand.
4. Surfaces previously covered with chalk or lime paints must be thoroughly cleaned until completely removed. Intensely absorbent surfaces should be primed beforehand to increase the reliability of the coating and reduce paint consumption.
5. It is recommended to use Techno Primer, as well as fillers.

Work procedure:

• The surface to be painted must be dry and clean, the temperature of the base for carrying out work must be from +5°C, the room temperature during paint application must be from +5°C to +35°C, and the relative humidity must be below 80%.
• The paint should not be mixed with organic solvents.
• It is recommended to use paint from the same production batch to avoid color variations in the finish layer.

Stir the paint thoroughly. It should be stirred with a wide, flat paddle or a construction mixer at low speed, carefully avoiding the formation of air bubbles, for 1-3 minutes. It is not recommended to mix the material by shaking the closed container. After transportation and/or vigorous stirring, if air bubbles appear, the paint should be left to settle until they disappear.
Apply the paint to a prepared, dry, and clean surface using a brush, roller, or spray gun. For rough surfaces such as textured plaster, brick, concrete blocks, or embossed ceilings, it is recommended to use rollers with a nap length of 12-25 mm. For textured surfaces such as putty, plaster, concrete, glass fiber, or paintable fleece, use a nap length of 8-12 mm. For smooth surfaces such as drywall, MDF, particle board, or architectural decor elements (casings, moldings, ceiling cornices), use a nap length of up to 6 mm. The paint is ready for use; if necessary, it can be diluted with water by no more than 5% for brush or roller application.

For airless spraying, dilution with 5-10% water is permitted, using a 0.013-0.015″ nozzle at a pressure of 180-190 bar. The spray angle should be chosen based on the area and geometric features of the surface being painted. To achieve a rich color and improve the appearance of the surface, two coats of paint are required. During application, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high humidity conditions.

After finishing work, wash hands and tools thoroughly with warm water.

Store and transport in a tightly closed container at a temperature of no less than +5°C and no more than +35°C.
Freezing up to five times for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at a temperature not lower than -40°C is permitted.
The bucket containing the product should be protected from excessive heat and stored away from direct sunlight.
Provided the conditions are met, the guaranteed shelf life in the original sealed packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
During storage, the product may separate, which is easily corrected by stirring.
Keep any remaining product in a tightly closed container and use as soon as possible.
The product is fire- and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.
