Facade paint for use in facade thermal insulation systems based on mineral wool and expanded polystyrene, for painting facades and plinths of buildings and structures, as well as for interior finishing of dry and damp rooms in buildings and structures of types A, B, C.

*Consumption is influenced by the roughness and porosity of the surface being painted, as well as the method and conditions of application.

High-quality facade paint for use in facade thermal insulation systems based on mineral wool and expanded polystyrene, for painting facades and plinths of buildings and structures, as well as for interior finishing of dry and damp rooms in buildings and structures of types A, B, and C.

The silicone-modified composition ensures durability, weather resistance, as well as the best ratio of high vapor permeability and low water absorption. The paint forms a durable, elastic, self-cleaning hydrophobic coating with a "lotus" effect, resistant to the formation of mold and fungi. It can be tinted into pastel and saturated colors.

Tinting and color solutions
The paint is produced in two bases, A and C, and can be tinted using a computer (machine) method into RAL, NCS, and other color catalog shades. Base A is intended for tinting into light and pastel shades and can also be used as white paint; it is permissible to add up to 5% tinting paste by weight of the paint. Base C is used only in a tinted form and is intended for tinting into saturated shades; it is permissible to add up to 10% tinting paste by weight of the paint.

When painting in bright colors using base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of base A paint tinted to a similar shade. Manual tinting using water-based tinting pastes is possible.
The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the result of the tinting.

Color rendering features
Depending on the application conditions, as well as the texture of the surface being painted, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog. Before use, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color compliance.

To avoid differences in shade, it is recommended to use a product from the same production batch on a single visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or to pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.

Substrate requirements
The substrate must meet the requirements of SP 71.13330.2017:
Concrete, reinforced concrete, aerated concrete — age over 3 months and relative humidity no more than 4%. Cement-sand, cement-lime plasters — age 28 days and relative humidity no more than 4%. BERGAUF ISOFIX, BAU PUTZ ZEMENT, UNTER BAU, GLATTE ZEMENT, FINISH ZEMENT — age over 3 days and relative humidity no more than 6%. Sheet gypsum, cement, wood-based materials, as well as gypsum plasters — relative humidity no more than 1%.

Working conditions
The surface to be painted must be dry and clean, the temperature of the substrate for work must be from +5°C, the air temperature during paint application must be from +5°C to +35°C, and the relative air humidity must be below 80%. It is recommended to use paint from the same production batch to avoid color variations in the finish layer.

Material preparation
Stir the paint thoroughly. It is necessary to stir with a wide and flat stick or a construction mixer at low speeds, carefully, avoiding the formation of air bubbles, for 1-3 minutes. It is not recommended to mix the material by shaking the closed can. After transportation and/or active stirring, if air bubbles appear, the paint needs to settle until they disappear.

Application technology
Apply the paint to a prepared, dry, clean surface with a brush, roller, or spray gun evenly in 2 coats. It is recommended not to take breaks when painting a continuous surface; in areas of "overlaps," work using the "wet-on-wet" method. Work should be finished at architectural boundaries (at the corners of the building, under downspouts, etc.).
For rough surfaces such as textured plasters, brick, concrete blocks, and embossed ceilings, it is recommended to use rollers with a pile length of 12–25 mm. For textured surfaces such as putties, plasters, concrete, glass fiber, and paintable fleece, use rollers with a pile length of 8–12 mm. For smooth surfaces such as drywall, MDF, chipboard, and architectural decor elements (architraves, moldings, ceiling cornices), use rollers with a pile length of up to 6 mm.
The paint is ready for use; for application by brush or roller, it can be diluted with water by no more than 5% if necessary.

Precautions
It is forbidden to carry out facade work during precipitation, fog, as well as on wet surfaces after rain and at temperatures below +5 and above +35 °C. When carrying out work, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high humidity conditions.

After finishing work, wash hands and tools thoroughly with warm water.

Storage and transportation conditions
Store and transport in a tightly closed container at a temperature of no less than +5°C and no more than +35°C. Freezing up to five times is permitted for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at temperatures not lower than -40°C.
The bucket with the product should be protected from excessive heat and stored away from direct sunlight. If conditions are met, the guaranteed shelf life in the original sealed packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
During storage, the product may separate, which is easily corrected by stirring. Keep any partially used product in a tightly closed container and use as soon as possible.

The product is fire and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.
