* Material consumption depends on the quality of surface preparation, application method, tools used, the skill of the workers, and may differ from the indicated values.
**A certain content of particles differing from the main color is allowed, which does not affect the technical characteristics of the product. This is due to the presence of natural fillers in the composition.
*** The stated quality indicators and recommendations are valid for an ambient temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 60%. Under other conditions, drying and adjustment times may differ from those specified.
Purpose and properties
High-quality ready-to-use acrylic plaster for use in facade thermal insulation systems based on mineral wool and expanded polystyrene (excluding plinths), as well as for finishing dry and damp rooms in buildings and structures of types A, B, and C.
Technical features
Can be tinted in pastel and saturated colors. Resistant to shrinkage cracks. Easy to apply and structure. Durable and weather-resistant. Vapor-permeable.
Tinting
The decorative plaster is produced as a base and can be tinted using a computer (machine) method into colors from RAL, NCS, and other color catalogs. Manual tinting is possible using water-based tinting pastes that have high light and weather resistance. It is recommended to add no more than 5% of the colorant, as overdosing negatively affects the strength and application properties of the coating.
The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the tinting result.
Color rendering features
Depending on the application conditions, as well as the texture of the surface being painted, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog. Before use, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color compliance.
To avoid differences in shade, it is recommended to use a product from the same production batch on one visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or to pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.
Color recommendations
It is recommended to use BERGAUF FACADE GRUNT primer in a color close to the color of the plaster being used.
The use of intense or dark-colored materials with a reflection coefficient of less than 25% on facades should be limited to small surfaces occupying no more than 10% of the facade, for example, individual architectural details.
Application technology
Work should be carried out in accordance with SP 293.1325800.2017.
Before application, the plaster must be thoroughly mixed, as product separation may occur during storage. It is permissible to dilute the plaster with water in an amount of no more than 5% of the material's mass.
Apply the plaster with a stainless steel trowel at a 60° angle to the surface; the layer thickness should correspond to the grain size of the plaster. Within 25–35 minutes after application (depending on temperature and humidity), form the required texture using a plastic trowel. The plastic trowel should be held parallel to the surface and the texture should be formed with light movements, without pressure.
Methods of texture formation:
The "lamb" texture is formed with circular movements. The "horizontal bark beetle" texture is formed with left-right movements. The "vertical bark beetle" (rain) texture is formed with up-down movements. The "cross bark beetle" texture is formed in 2 stages: first, movements are made diagonally from the top right to the bottom left, resulting in long and short lines, then the pattern is applied crosswise from the top left to the bottom right.
Features of work execution
If it is necessary to stop work, masking tape should be applied along the boundary of the plaster layer and removed before the plaster hardens. To obtain a uniform texture, a sufficient number of workers should be provided at each level of scaffolding, and the connection of sections between adjacent levels should be performed using the "wet-on-wet" method.
After application, the decorative plaster should be protected from direct sunlight, wind, and rain for the first 2-3 days. Under such conditions, it is recommended to cover the scaffolding with a special net or film and install water drainage systems on the building. Do not allow freezing or drying out.
Interior finishing should be carried out only in well-ventilated rooms, and after the work is completed, air circulation should be maintained until the coating is completely dry.
Subsequent works
It is recommended to use acrylic, silicone, or silicate paints for painting the surface of the decorative plaster. Painting is carried out no earlier than 3–5 days later, depending on environmental conditions.
Tinting
Tinting is possible using water-based tinting pastes with high light and weather resistance, in accordance with NCS, RAL, and other tinting systems. Depending on the application conditions and the texture of the surface being painted, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog.
It is recommended to add no more than 5% of colorant, as an overdose negatively affects the strength and application properties of the coating. To avoid color variations, it is recommended to use a product from the same production batch on a single surface (the batch number is indicated on each package) or to pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.
The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the result. Before application, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color compliance.

The use of intense or dark-colored materials with a reflection coefficient of less than 25% on facades should be limited to small surfaces occupying no more than 10% of the facade, for example, individual architectural details.
Cleaning tools
Clean tools with water immediately after use. If the tools were not cleaned immediately, they can only be cleaned mechanically later.
Limitations
It is forbidden to work during precipitation, fog, or on wet surfaces after rain, and at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
Safety
Attention! The product is fire and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.
Storage and transportation conditions
Subject to the conditions, the guaranteed shelf life in the original sealed packaging is 18 months from the date of manufacture. Store and transport in a tightly closed container at a temperature of at least +5°C and no more than +30°C. The bucket with the product should be protected from excessive heat and stored away from direct sunlight.
Attention!
Freezing up to 5 times is allowed for a total duration of no more than three weeks at a temperature not lower than -20°C.
