Purpose:
Designed for priming and antiseptic treatment of wood. Odorless, water-based.
Contains an enhanced complex of biocides that suppress the growth and development of mold, fungus, bluestain, and rot on a painted surface. Improves adhesion and reduces consumption of finishing materials.
The primer is not a stand-alone coating; it is used as the first layer in a wood protection system in combination with finishing materials—Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatint glazing or Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatop covering antiseptic.
Suitable for temporary (for up to 6 months) protection of timber during storage in warehouses and during transportation when the wood does not come into contact with atmospheric precipitation and soil.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be treated must be dry, thoroughly cleaned of contaminants, wax, grease, resin, and old paint coatings. Surfaces previously coated with other compounds must be cleaned of old peeling material, sanded, and dusted off. Areas affected by bluing and mold must be cleaned mechanically in advance and treated with an antiseptic wood treatment.

WORK PROCEDURE
Before use the primer must be thoroughly mixed. Do not dilute! The moisture content of the wood must not exceed 20%.
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean; the air temperature and substrate temperature for performing the work are from +5°C, and the relative humidity of the air is below 80%.
The compound is applied generously with a brush, roller, or sprayer along the wood grain, over the entire length of the material being treated. It is necessary to treat the ends of the painted surface very carefully, soaking them until saturated. Wood treatment by immersion is permitted. Apply in 1 coat as a primer to planed and weakly absorbent surfaces, in 2 coats—to sawn and strongly absorbent surfaces, as well as for temporary preservation of the wood.
Use Bergauf Wood Techno Aquat glazeint or covering antiseptic Bergauf Wood Techno Aquatop.
Painting work is prohibited during rain, fog, or drizzle.
After finishing the work, clean the tools with water.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The work should be carried out using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes, and respiratory passages. Use in well-ventilated areas. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water immediately. If necessary, consult a doctor. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Keep out of reach of children!

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Store and transport in tightly closed containers at a temperature of not less than +5°C and not more than +35°C. Up to five times freezing is permitted, with a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at a temperature not below -40°C. Keep the product container from excessive heating and avoid storage in direct sunlight. If the conditions are met, the warranty storage period in the closed factory packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
The product is fire- and explosion-safe and does not contain flammable components.

DISPOSAL
Do not pour the antiseptic into the sewer system, water bodies, or onto the ground. Dispose of the container and any liquid residues in accordance with local legislation.
