Preparing the substratePrepare the surface in accordance with SP 71.13 330.2017. The surface must be solid, clean, and dry. Before priming, remove from the surface any peeling elements, chalk and lime coatings, dust, and other contaminants.
If the surface is uneven, level it with Bergauf putty, and then sand the dried surface.
Work procedureThe surface to be treated must be dry and clean. During application, the air and substrate temperature must be from +5°C to +35°C, and the relative air humidity must be below 80%.
Before use, mix until homogeneous; do not dilute.
Apply to the prepared, dry, clean surface with a roller, brush, or sprayer (
nozzle 0,011−0.015″, pressure no more than 150−170 bar).
For highly absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to prime twice.
Painting of the primed coating is recommended no earlier than after 2−3 hours,
provided that the temperature conditions are observed from +5°C and the relative air humidity is no more than 80%.
Safety precautionsWork should be carried out using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes and respiratory protection. Use in well-ventilated areas. If it gets in your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with water. If it gets on your skin, rinse with water and soap.
