Recommended for painting in children’s pre-school, educational, medical-and-prophylactic institutions and other premises with a specified wet disinfection regimen.

The paint can be applied to previously unpainted or painted surfaces with water-dispersed paints: gypsum, cement, lime, and cement-lime plasters; gypsum, polymer and cement putties; mineral and acrylic decorative plasters; sheet gypsum-, cement-, wood-containing materials; concrete, reinforced concrete, brickwork, as well as to wallpaper for painting and fiberglass wallpaper.

It is permitted to use in buildings and structures:

• type A — residential houses and dormitories; buildings and premises of organizations for the upbringing and education, recreation and health improvement of children and youth; healthcare organizations; homes for disabled persons and the elderly; sanatoriums; rest houses; enclosed sports facilities; service premises with the permanent presence of people in administrative buildings at industrial enterprises and other facilities of types B, V;
• type B — enterprises of the food industry, trade, and public catering; hotels; stores for industrial goods; communications enterprises; consumer service enterprises; cultural and entertainment and other facilities; administrative buildings;
• type V — industrial enterprises, auxiliary and domestic premises and structures; warehouses; garages.

The paint is produced in two bases, A and C, and can be computer (machine) tinted into colors from RAL, NCS and other color catalogs.

Base A is intended for tinting to light and pastel shades; it can also be used as white paint. It is permissible to add up to 5% tinting pastes by weight of the paint.

Base C can be used only in the tinted form and is intended for tinting to saturated shades; it is permissible to add up to 10% tinting pastes by weight of the paint. When painting in bright colors on base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of base A paint tinted to a similar shade. Manual tinting with water-based tinting pastes is also possible.

The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the tinting result.
Depending on application conditions and the texture of the painted surface, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those shown in the color catalog.

Before application, a test coat must be applied and the dried coating checked for conformity with the color.

To avoid differences in shade, it is recommended to use a product from a single production batch on one visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or to mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio in advance; the application method must remain unchanged.

Surface preparation:

Prepare the substrate in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017.

1. Clean the substrate of dust and dirt. Remove loose layers of old paint and limewash from previously painted surfaces.
2. Sand solid, firmly adhering glossy surfaces until matte, then remove sanding dust.
3. Level out unevenness, pits, cracks, and chips with water-dispersive putty Bergauf UNI PASTA, then sand.
4. Surfaces previously coated with chalk or lime paints must be thoroughly cleaned until completely removed. Highly absorbent surfaces should be pre-primed to improve coating reliability and reduce paint consumption.
5. It is recommended to use Bergauf Techno Primer primer, as well as putty.

Work procedure:

• The surface to be painted must be dry and clean. The substrate temperature for carrying out the work is from +5°C. The room temperature during paint application is from +5°C to +35°C. Relative air humidity is below 80%.
• The paint should not be mixed with organic solvents.
• It is recommended to use paint from a single production batch to prevent differences in the shade of the finishing coat.

Stir the paint thoroughly. Mixing should be done with a wide, flat strip or with a construction mixer at low speeds, carefully, without allowing air bubbles to form, for 1–3 minutes. It is not recommended to mix the material by shaking a closed can. After transportation and/or active stirring, if air bubbles appear, the paint needs to stand until they disappear.
Apply the paint to the prepared, dry, clean surface with a brush, roller, or paint sprayer. For rough surfaces such as textured plasters, brick, concrete blocks, and embossed ceilings, it is recommended to use rollers with a pile length of 12–25 mm. For rough surfaces such as putties, plaster, concrete, glass fabric (fiberglass scrim), paint nonwoven fabric—use a pile length of 8–12 mm. For smooth surfaces such as drywall, MDF, chipboard, and elements of architectural decoration (trim boards, moldings, ceiling cornices)—use a pile length of up to 6 mm. The paint is ready to use; if necessary, it may be diluted with water by no more than 5% for application with a brush or roller.

For airless spraying, dilution with water of 5–10% is permitted; nozzle 0.013–0.015″; pressure 180–190 bar. The spray angle is selected based on the area and the geometrical features of the surface being coated. To obtain a rich color and improve the appearance of the surface, apply two coats of paint. During work, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and conditions of increased humidity.

After finishing, wash hands and tools thoroughly with warm water.

Store and transport in tightly sealed containers at a temperature of not less than +5° and not more than +35°С.
Up to five cycles of freezing are permitted, with a total duration of no more than 2 weeks, at a temperature not below -40°С.
Protect the product bucket from excessive heating and avoid storage in direct sunlight.
When storage conditions are observed, the warranty storage period in the sealed original factory packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
During storage, product separation may occur, which is easily corrected by mixing.
Do not keep the product until it is fully used in a tightly closed container and use it as quickly as possible.
The product is fire- and explosion-safe and does not contain flammable components.
