The paint is supplied in 2 bases — A and C. Tinting with water-based tinting pastes is possible. Base A is intended for tinting into light and pastel shades and can also be used as a white paint. Base C is used only in tinted form and is intended for tinting into saturated shades.
When painting in bright colors on base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of paint from base A tinted to a similar shade. Tinting of the paint can be carried out in accordance with NCS, RAL and other tinting systems.
To avoid differences in shade on the same surface, use the product with the same batch number (see the packaging) or pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio. Responsibility for the result of tinting lies with the organization performing the tinting.
Depending on the application conditions, as well as the texture of the surface being painted, the actual color shades may differ slightly from those shown in the color catalog. Before use, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color conformity.
When painting in bright colors on base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of paint from base A tinted to a similar shade. Tinting of the paint can be carried out in accordance with NCS, RAL and other tinting systems.

Surface preparation
- Clean the surface of dust, dirt, efflorescence and oil stains. Remove paint and plaster that adhere weakly with a sandblasting or hydro-sandblasting unit or a steel brush. Highly chalking and non-durable surfaces must be cleared down to a solid base mechanically or by washing with water under pressure.
- Level out surface defects with a suitable repair solution. In the event of the surface being affected by fungus or mold, treat it with a remedial agent, following the relevant instructions.
- New concrete surfaces can be painted after one heating season, new plastered surfaces — after 1 — 2 months, new fiber-cement boards — after 6 months. Treat glossy concrete surfaces (cement adhesive) with a sandblasting unit or a steel brush to create a profile suitable for painting.
- Possible cracks in the reinforced concrete structure should be opened up by chiseling or with a grinding machine with a disk and flange. Clean exposed metal from rust and protect it with an anti-corrosion paint.
- Before applying, treat the surface with a suitable primer from the Bergauf range — Bergauf Tiefgrunt, Bergauf Techno Primer, or Bergauf Aqua Grunt (in diluted form; choose the concentration level depending on the type of substrate).
- The surface before painting must be dry, clean and primed. Apply the paint at a temperature of not less than +5°C and an air relative humidity of no more than 80%. It is prohibited to carry out work in hot weather, in strong wind, in direct sunlight, or in the rain.
- Thoroughly stir the paint before use. Dilution of the paint with water in an amount of no more than 5% by material mass is allowed. Apply to the prepared surface with a brush, roller or paint sprayer evenly in 2 coats.
- To avoid differences in shade, use paint from a single batch. It is recommended not to make breaks when painting a continuous surface; at the “overlap” areas, work using the “wet-on-wet” method. The work should be completed along architectural boundaries (at the building corners, under the downspout pipes, etc.).
Storage and transportation conditions
Store and transport in tightly closed containers at a temperature of not less than +5°C and not more than +40°C. The product bucket should be protected from excessive heating and storage in direct sunlight should be avoided. If the conditions are met, the warranty storage period in the closed factory packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
